In terms of food, Bill's always delivers. It is a good brunch, and you can always find something enjoyable for all type of dietary. Love how they do their hot chocolate: hot milk on melted chocolate and the brownie is delicious. They also happily accommodate children, which is a plus. It's consistently good and the service is ok. Not a wow place but somewhere you will always find good food.

Louis Roederer by the glass says everything. Beautifully presented in Marie Antoinette coupes. Itβs all quality, and if I forget for a minute that Iβm in Double Bay, I could easily mistake it for the stylish modern bistros Iβve dined at in Paris. Service by Macushla was fab last night and love the steak meal with the fresh watercress so much!
We ate here for a birthday lunch, it seemed everyone had a great time at Bill's. The food visually looked great and just speaking about my beef burger with optional egg was great this isn't your standard beef burger it's certainly on the higher /luxury end of the market with much flavour complexity and balance of flavours. It was served with perfectly seasoned/salted potato fries and 3 dipping sauces. My mum tells me her green tea soba noodles on dashi and a Japanese salad was excellent, 5 stars. For people with audio sensory issues with high noise, I'd be caughtious going here. Chatter in the room can get loud. Music level was very reasonable Transport isn't to bad, buses can get you here, ubers, and a car park is near by plus street parking.
Dropped into Bills today for a relaxing coffee and dessert and got exactly what I came for. Friendly, efficient service - our waitress was amazing - such a wonderful character. She chose the pancakes for us to share and out they came with individual sauces and extra butterβ¦ she wickedly told us sheβd bring more sauce if needed - love that! The coffee was good and my afternoon fulfilledβ¦. Still dreaming of those banana pancakes!
I have been to Bills a few times for breakfast and had a same dish every time, it was consistently good. They are using a high quality ingredients. Scrambled eggs are consistently delicious and cooked perfectly. I also love their loose leaves green teas, but didnβt enjoy Matcha latte very much. On a sunny day it is lovely to sit outside as it gets very loud inside if crowded. Prices on expensive side, but this is expected for the area.
For the heart to double Bay this place is very reasonable. The food was very well prepared. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was very nice for a lunch. Will be coming back
Nice place and atmosphere. Good food for brunch. We found it expensive for the whole experience (167 $ in three people). We had pancakes, wheat fruits bowl, rosti with egg Benedict, one cappuccino and each and a glass of mimosa.
